Day 13 — Git Drama and that spark

Building my way into corporate life.

Big day. Let's get into it.

Spent two hours fighting GitHub authentication. Genuinely thought I knew Git after the last debugging session but turns out configuring global vs local settings doesn't mean anything if your VS Code isn't actually linked to your GitHub account properly. Once that connection was sorted, pushing finally worked. Frustrating two hours but I came out the other side actually understanding what's happening instead of just copying commands.

Then something shifted. Been sitting on an idea for a while and today it finally got real enough to start building. Not dropping details yet — little tease, more coming soon — but I genuinely think this product is something. Spent today on the foundation. Researching what platform to build on, which AI to integrate, database options, cloud setup. Day 1 of this idea, officially logged.

Tomorrow's about actually starting to code it. Knowing me there's going to be failing, debugging, more learning. But I'm building this thing. That's locked in.

Also worked a 5 hour shift today. Don't know what kind of scheduling that even is but it wiped me out more than it should have.

And Grammarly really works well. I am tired, but it just maintains that standard that everyone should maintain while blogging.
